If you make your way over to Club Penguin's E.P.F. page you will notice something really interesting. There is a system message warning us to be on alert. This is all coming while Billybob has been giving hints too. This can only mean one thing! Either Herbert or a brand new villain is on the way! That's right, I said BRAND NEW villain. Only time will tell. Check out the message.
