Club Penguin Rookie Tracker April 2010 - Is Rookie Online?

Hey everyone! If you check out your pre written messages on Club Penguin you will see something very interesting. There are pre written message for writing Rookie! That's right, Rookie. Is he waddling around the island? Have you seen him? There are a few problems though. There is no "Rookie" Stamp to say you met Rookie. Maybe this could be because he is apart of the E.P.F. and they don't want normal penguins to know about him. Or, this could be an April Fools joke seeing as though it is under the April Fools Category. Take a look.

So what are you thinking? Have you met Rookie yet, is this a joke, or is the stamp just not out and Rookie is waddling around? Let me know in a comment! I would really like to know if you guys have seen him or have gotten his background. If he is here, we will have an Official Club Penguin Rookie Tracker For April 2011.

    If he is true, did you get a stamp?
    I guess the answer is NO because there is NO stamp!

    You do get the background when you meet him and a free blue propeller hat of him. He is a EPF agent so there is no stamp so no one else knows he is a EPF agent.

    yes hes really online my friend met him and so did my other and they sent me a email of where to find him - in the recycling plant. (soz though thats where he WAS probs hes not now, u can check though)
