My Ultimate Club Penguin Rookie Theory!

So I have a few reasons why Rookie will be waddling around, or already is. First let's start off with the chat bubbles. Everyone knows about those, but I think there is more supporting evidence too. If you take a look at last weeks newspaper, you will notice that there is a picture of a "classified" agent. We al know this agent to be Rookie though. Check it out..

But that is not all. You will also notice that in the description there is talks of the agent and a unidentified source giving us his take on the incident. It sure sounds like HERBERT though. I think Herbert may have pushed Rookie into the Box Dimension and now it will be our job to find him. Maybe we haven't heard anything too because our phone lines are down. So obviously, the Club Penguin April Fools party starting early, was all work of the E.P.F. This all makes sense though. Club Penguin doesn't randomly release mascots for no reason. This is the reason! But, is Rookie in trouble? Do we need to save him? If you are tracking, I would recommend checking the Box Dimension now.
