Hey penguins! Another week is nearly over, therefore, it is time for Aunt Arctic to release a brand new issue of the Penguin Times Newspaper for penguins around the island we call home, Club Penguin, to catch up on the latest news around! In this week's focus: Puffle Party Powers On!
