Coincidence or Clue? Card Jitsu Water Or Ice? You Decide!

Hello Penguins. Today in the Club Penguin times, an article was released regarding Card Jitsu.  Nin Joe wrote in asking, "What do Ninjas actually do?". I think this may be simply, a way to educate new penguins about Card Jitsu. This way, they will be familiar with everything before either Card Jitsu Water or Ice comes out. That's right, I said Ice too..

This picture has been seen many times before, but is it time that it finally has some significance? Does this mean Ice is on the way, or are we still sticking with water? Let me know in a comment!
