Club Penguin - Elite Penguin Force Message from Director!

Hey penguins! My Elite Penguin Force Spy Phone had begun to blink once more alerting me that I have received a new Elite Penguin Force message from an agent. The message was sent from Director! Check it out.

We have not yet decided what to do with Herbert. Moving him may be too dangerous. For now, we must keep him safe and secure.
